All investors who acquire at least one Diamond Plan will be entitled to receive dividends on the annual profit of the KOTAI Financial Ecosystem. The more Diamond Plans an investor holds, the greater their share of dividends, which are distributed proportionally to the number of Diamond Plans acquired by each investor.

Ways to Register Diamond Plan Acquisition

1. Direct Investment through the Official ICO Website
   • Investors can acquire the Diamond Plan directly on our official website. The ICO sales contract will register the investor's wallet and the acquired Diamond Plan.
   • After the ICO ends, investors must access the website again to claim the KOTAI tokens corresponding to their acquired Diamond Plan.
2. Becoming an Angel Investor
   • To become an Angel Investor, it is necessary to schedule a meeting and subsequently sign a digital contract that proves your status as an Angel Investor.
   • After signing the contract, the investor transfers a minimum of US$ 10,200 (equivalent to 10 Diamond Plans) in USDT, BNB, Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana to the KOTAI Project wallet.
   • At the end of the ICO, the KOTAI Project team transfers the acquired KOTAI tokens directly to the Angel Investor's wallet.

Dividend Payments to Diamond Plan Investors

The dividend payment will follow these steps:

1. Wallet Access Maintenance
   • Investors must maintain access to the wallet used to make the investment in KOTAI Project. This wallet is essential to validate the invested volume.
2. Token Transfer to KOTAI Wallet
   • Investors must download and install the KOTAI Wallet on their smartphone or computer.
   • Then, transfer 90% of the KOTAI tokens acquired during the ICO to the KOTAI Wallet.
3. Creating a Bank Account in KOTAI Wallet
   • It is necessary to create a bank account within the KOTAI Wallet and complete an exclusive form to prove the right to receive dividends.
4. Dividend Confirmation and Payment
   • After completing the form, the confirmation process may take up to 15 days.
   • Dividends will be deposited annually in the bank account created in the KOTAI Wallet.

KOTAI Ecosystem Dividend Distribution Policy

The distribution of 40% of KOTAI Ecosystem's net profit for dividends will be maintained perpetually. To guarantee the right to receive these annual dividends, investors must maintain intact in their KOTAI bank account the minimum reserve equivalent to 90% of tokens acquired in Diamond Plans during the KOTAI Project ICO.

Important:

If investors withdraw or transfer any portion of tokens belonging to the 90% minimum reserve, the right to receive annual dividends will be automatically revoked.
